How Our Pricing Works

Before we begin bidding on any vehicle for you, we require a refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated value of the car you want us to bid for.

Why the deposit is required:
- It shows you are a serious buyer.
- If we successfully bid and win the car on your behalf but you refuse to pay for it, the deposit will be used to cover any penalties charged by the auction site.
- Unfortunately, we have experienced many cases where clients ask us to bid but later fail to pay, leaving us to bear the cost. The deposit protects both parties and ensures commitment.
Important Note:
If you decide not to proceed after we win the bid and you pay the full invoice, the 10% deposit will be fully refunded or deducted from the final payment.

Once the bidding is completed and we win the car, we will immediately send you the official auction invoice. You will see the exact winning bid price before making any further payment. This keeps the entire process open and trustworthy.

3. Additional Costs We Communicate Clearly
We will provide you with a clear breakdown of the following costs before you make any commitment:

- Trucking & Shipping Fees – These vary depending on the auction location (state) in the USA/Canada and the shipping method to the nearest export port. We will give you the exact quoted price.
- Port Clearing & Customs – We will inform you of the estimated clearing costs and duties payable at the Lagos port (Tin Can Island or Grimaldi).
- Mechanic Services & Parts – After clearing, we will inspect the vehicle and send you a detailed list of required repairs along with the exact prices of original parts (sourced mainly from Ladipo Market) and mechanic labor charges.
4. Our Service Fee
Our one-time service fee covers the full coordination of your vehicle from bidding to doorstep delivery. This includes:

- Subscription and access to major bidding platforms
- Payment of all necessary taxes and fees at the auction
- Coordination of trucking, documentation, and shipping
- Port clearing supervision
- Full mechanic services and repairs (servicing, damaged parts replacement, oil change, tyres, etc.)
- Final delivery (driving the car) to any destination in Nigeria, no matter the location
Service Fee Structure:
- $1,200 for vehicles with a bid value below $10,000
- $1,500 for vehicles with a bid value of $10,000 and above
This fee is charged only once and covers everything — from start to finish, including driving the fully repaired car to your doorstep anywhere in Nigeria.
